Happy Friday!!! 

I am making a quick drop in just to give you a digi!!! Finally all my computer issues are resolved and I am able to get back to Illustrator!!! It turns out that there was nothing I could do to fix it (after all my endless efforts!!!) , the problem was within the server, imagine!!! It had something to do with being on a low frequency, needless to say I am on a much higher one! So yippee, full speed ahead now!

Hello again my crafty friends, what an awesome week it has been, I have found such inspiration on your blogs which kicks me into fifth gear! I had so much energy this week that I decided to join an Zumba exercising class!!! Last night was my first class and wow what fun and what a work out!!!!! Oh yes I am feeling it today, hehe.. love it!!


I did a simple card using different patterned papers for a friend of mine, she sure has had her share of tribulations lately so I was thinking I could at least make her smile by giving her this colorful cheery card. Every day I make it a point to sit and purposely think about other's and what they are going through, and more importantly how I can make that person feel they are thought about and heard. I think we all have a primary goal which is to be present and I also think our secondary goal should always be in play - to be selfless

Think about someone else today and even if you do nothing for them let the energy of thought alone do the work. Lets be there for each other!

Some of the papers I used were from Nikki Sivils Exit here collection... I punched holes at the top of the pennants with my crocodile big bite and add  twine... Caribbean blue and Sorbet pink. The Giraffe was a cheap foam stamp, one of 9 in a package from the dollar store.. I stamped and embossed it, isn't it so cute!!

FCCB Challenge/ Cruisin Through Life Together

Hello everyone, Happy Wednesday !!!! 


Well let me tell you I had a blast doing this project and used my Cricut machine more in one night than the whole time owning it which is one year next month!


If you have been following me you know that I love to participate in the challenges over at FCCB, this week's challenge was to use a car, train, plane, etc.
. 
I choose a car for my project from the Niffty Fiffty's Cartridge and I love it! There were dancers on the same cartridge along with the radio. I thought I would have fun and place the couple dancing on top of the car, putting the radio on the car really added to the fun and I tilted the car so that it appears to be dancing as well, hehe!
 This project is a personal Journal I made for myself, I will be doing art journalling on the inside using gesso and paint along with adding pictures of my boys and I.
I will be sure to share it with you when I get it done! 

I hope you love it as much as I do!!! I am now addicted to using my Cricut, thank you FCCB!!!!!!

Mother's Day Card

Well hello there, thanks for visiting my blog today!


With Mother's Day just around the corner I made a very special card for my mom who is also my biggest supporter in life and is my ultimate best friend. What I love most about my mom is we  can talk about anything, complain to each other without feeling judged and encourage  each other when needed. My mom is everything to me, she is so beautiful and here is the card I made for her.

Okay girls so you all know what it is to rush a project in time to have a post ready, well this is one of those projects , hahaha... considering I have been fixing my computer all week and finally got it fixed late yesterday evening I still think this card has a little bit of a cute factor... I tried to make a blanket out of mulberry paper and well....you will see..hehe

Also I added an older card that I posted a little while back when I didn't have so many followers so this one is for those of you who didn't see it yet.

I am soooooooo happy to be back and missed it so much, I might be a little out of sync but I'm sure it will be no time before I am back into the swing of things... Thank you to those who visited me during this time and thank you for you support!

I embossed the elephant and used Peachy Keen stamps for the baby face.

I made the flowers out of organza ribbon and added antique button, I have a load of them! I embossed the sentiment with gold embossing powder... this card is called a tag card, if you would like to learn how to make a tag card visit Christina's website here.
