Easter Card using Peachy Keen Stamps

Hello!!!

What a week I had my friends, I have never truly understood the meaning of storm till now... Children have been out of school 8 days due to the vicious number of storms that has hit Prince Edward Island and the whole East Coast along with stores shutting down and not a vehicle to be seen at times for hours on end.

The plus side? We never lost electricity once and my heart goes out to those who are now on day 5 without electricity, there are thousands!!! I am counting my blessings.

I have cooked up 5 meals every 3 to 4 days at once  just in case to have food on hand in case we did loose power so I have been very busy on top of getting orders ready but hopefully we are at the end of it and things can settle for us, crossing my fingers.

Today I am showing you a card I made using PK stamps, aren't these bunnies just adorable!!!! I am totally in love with them. I use Spectrum Noir Pens to color them and added some fun embellies. I tried something different by adding a panel that I cut on an angle.. the dashed line makes it more pronounced. The grid banner was stamped and cut out as was the Sentiment, I added White lace and twine to soften even more than it already was.

New Beginnings Celebration Challenge and Puzzle Challenge Winners Announcement

Well everyone, the time has come to announce the winners for our very first challenges over here at Creative Bug on the Loose!  For our main challenge, we were very excited that a total of sixteen people requested an image to play along.  However, we were also very sad that six of those individuals didn't bother to enter the challenge.   Be that as it may, we are going to choose to look at this challenge as a victory because ten of you did follow through and link up your cards.  Today we celebrate all of you!  Additionally, we celebrate the handful of people who were brave enough to attempt to figure out our puzzle.

Puzzle Challenge...

First up we are going to announce the winners in our puzzle challenge and show you what the image actually looks like.  For this challenge, I presented a puzzle that participants needed to put together.  Here is what Lily Sugar Kiss actually looks like...

Absolutely adorable aren't they?!  There is sure to be at least three lucky recipient's out there.  Anyone to get a card of this quality is lucky indeed!
