Free Digital "Ballerina"

Happy Saturday!!!!

I have another freebie for you!!!! Enjoy..... again it is free for 1 week.

I am building a Digital Website from the ground up to have a place to house and sell all my digital's.

I will be giving away 1 free digital each week...something to look forward to!! Follow me so you don't miss out or like my Facebook page!

If you take my digital I would love for you to comment, even if you just say thank you, I am trying to get an idea how many people are interested in my digitals! I had over 10,000 views in the past 3 weeks but that don't mean 10,000 saved the image..you know what I mean? Thank you

Sorry this digital has been removed, you can buy this digital in my online store (Creative Bug Digital's) for just $1.00!!

A Day To Remember

Happy Friday everyone!

I hope you all planning a nice weekend, I know I am! I am heading to town to my best friend's (Troy) mom and dad's place to celebrate 51 years of marriage!!! Isn't that awesome, I just love when people stick it out together through thick and thin, it is so rare these days. They are such an amazing couple and you never leave there without being high on love, I love them to pieces.

So to help celebrate this lovely occasion I did a card for them, you know it!

Once again I used the Nifty Fifty's cricut cartridge, (love this cartridge!) The sentiment says "A day to remember."

I may not be posting as much but will do my best to post at least 3 a week including a free digital. Why??? Because I never found a good solution to my online store so I am going to have to put my skills to use and build my own website from Dreamweaver CS4...don't worry I will be visiting all of you!!!

Have a super fantastic weekend!

Niffty Fiffty's "Daddyo"

Happy Thursday!!!

Well I finally did it, I made a masculine card that I actually like and am proud of...if you have been following me you know that this is my biggest challenge in card making which I know is also for many of you.

This card was made for my friend's father's birthday using Nifty Fifty's Cricut Cartridge, (I am so in love with everything on this cartridge)
I pop dotted the guitars and sentiment as you will see in the second photo.

To add strings to the guitar:

  • Cut a piece of card stock the length of the guitar
  • Add a blob of white paint to a piece of scrap paper
  • Spread the paint in a horizontal line
  • Using only the edge of the paper, dip in paint
  • Add to guitar!

Have a great day!

FCCB Challenge "Olympics"

This is my second post today , click here for the first one.

As you know I love FCCB Challenges although I don't get to participate as much as I would like, but today I did!! Remember they have "Challenge Me Monday" every week!!

The name of the challenge is "Olympics", now how could I pass that up!

I used the cheerleader from the cartridge 3 birds on Parade along with the "Go Team" phrase and the font used for the word "Canada".

Go Canada Go!!!!!!

Click here to participate in this challenge

I used Peach Keen Stamps (everyday facial characters)  for the face which turns a bird into a human!!! Cute hey? I forget where I had seen this done but I thought it was brilliant.

Join in on the fun!!!!Have a great day

Wish Card

Happy Tuesday!

First I want to say I am soooo sorry I haven't been at your blogs the past couple of days, I have been super busy but I plan on seeing all of you today!!

I would like to show you another card I did using my own digital design today , although still a beginner at coloring with Spectrum Noir Pens I thought I would give it another go... practice, practice, practice right!

I choose pink and brown which is a favorite color combo of mine, and a touch of yellow.

I used  bunched flowers that were hot pink that I got from the dollar store , I took them apart then painted them white which left them with the slightest hue of pink.

I used wooden buttons and wooden button leaves which I had in my button stash.

The pearl on the flower above the digital was hot pink which was too bright so again I used a Spectrum Noir Pen to color it... (EB7), one of the many tips I learned from Christina's blog.  Christina has loads of tips and Video tutorials, check them out by clicking on the link!

Don't forget that I am having a Digital Extravaganza, check them out here, they are free!
Have a terrific day!!!!!
