Hello and thanks for visiting today!
So many of my crafty friends are getting well prepared for the Christmas Holiday's by making ornaments, gifts and cards... I couldn't bring myself to starting yet but lo and behold I was inspired over the weekend!!!!
I had Kelly and Terrifically talented Theresa over for a visit ( Mother and daughter) and we were throwing ideas around for Christmas Ornaments. Our favorite ornaments idea came from Christina over at Flowers, Ribbons and Pearls...
(link at end of post) she make gorgeous ornaments!!! I didn't want to totally scrap lift so I played around ... this is my version behind Christina's awesome idea using Spellbinders!!!
Products used:
- Spellbinders : Ironworks Accents, Spiral Blossom Three, Ironwork Motifs, Big Scalloped Squares Large Anemone Flower topper
- Crackle Medium
- Distress inks by Tim Holtz ... "Pine Needles" and "Fired Brick"
- Various cardstock
- Homemade glimmer Mist
- Ribbon

I used the grass as a background giving you a better idea what it would look like on a tree. (Some of the photos may be a little too bright)
More to come, I am really enjoying making these and maybe just a tad addicted, hehe!!
