Road Trip

Hi! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend, the weather was gorgeous here so we were out a lot.

Today I am showing you another card I made from Nikki Sivils papers, these papers are from the Exit Here Collection. There is amazing inspiration on Nikki's blog , I was just looking at an album created by Deana Boston , all her creations are so wonderful...hop on over when you get a chance, Nikki would just be delighted to see you!

I am so excited today because I have a 7 piece Nicole Dining Set coming!!! Eeeeeeeek! It was supposed to be yesterday but it didn't work out... looks like I will be putting it together on my own. ( I think I can, I think I can , I think I can) hehe

Here is my card

I bent the Vacation die cut so that it raises of the page and used stickles to give it sparkle

I inked the edges of the scallop circle and bent the edges towards me so the scallop circle underneath can be seen.

I also used silver stickles on the vertical lines on th second square... love my new twine!!!!

What an adorable card. At first I tought it was a LO! It looks like you've done so many great techniques here! You did such a great job! It's beautiful....Oh wow, working on your dining room set too! I hear Calgon calling! But you can do it, I'm sure! (not sure if you remember Calgon, but it used to be a way to relax in your bath....after a long exhusting day) ok, obviously i'm rambling.....Love your card, friend!
